Ingredients for one person:
- 200g mixed salad
- ¼ avocado
- 100g cherry tomato
- 100g tuna fresh or can in water
- 10 olives
- 1 spring onion
- 75g roseval potatoes or sweet potato
- 75g green beans
- ¼ bunch of parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- alt and pepper
- 1 boiled egg
Preparation: Add the salad, tuna, olives, chopped avocado, tomato, parsley and spring onion with boiled beans and potatoes in a bowl and refine with dressing, as well as salt and pepper as desired.
