My 31 personal habits to inspire, inform & support your lifestyle change
Often for people, “health” is synonymous with taking things away — saying NO to certain activities, foods, pleasure etc. Let’s reframe that: Health is all about saying YES. Opening the door to more sustainable consciousness and joy, more happiness and contentment. Balance and Peace. Saying YES, will help that negative habits naturally fall to the wayside.
🙋🏻♀️ 99% of my times I say YES to Exercise. It has become a habit I don’t have to think about anymore!
👉🏻 Que/Trigger: Early Mornings after wake-up
👉🏻 Habit: 30min Run, Walk, Hike, Body weight or Workout with weights, Bike or Hike
👉🏻 Rewards: Me-Time, fresh air, activation digestion that’s aside from making me look super sexy (#lol) and preventing weight gain, it reduces the risk of a bunch of things that can kill you: heart disease, stroke, and a smattering of various types of cancer. It also improves your mood, gives you more energy, improves the quality of my sleep, my sex life, and some evidence indicates it even improves concentration and learning.
