In Old BEHAVIOR You Don’t Want!
I dare to bet that you are not aware of this yet, but once you have mastered this, you will never fall back into behavior you do not want...
In a recent study published in Psychological Reports, it is suggested that 50 to 70% of our „daily memory errors“ are related to forgetting our intentions.
There are MANY reasons why we do not achieve our goals:
❌ We do not TAKE TIME for the steps we need to take…
❌ We FALL BACK into limiting beliefs…
❌ We CHANGE our minds about what we want…
But one of the main reasons why we do not achieve our goals is actually because we forget them on average 50-70% of the time!
Researchers also concluded that the best way to avoid this is to REMIND yourself of your goals and intentions regularly.
That’s why I set my intentions DAILY, and since then my health (and body shape at 49), life, and business have IMPROVED, become MORE ENJOYABLE, and SMOOTHER than ever before.
Every morning, I review my main intentions and affirmations, and this reminds me of WHO I am, WHY I do what I do, and keeps my VISION central.
Some of mine:
😎 I ALWAYS take on challenges and make QUICK DECISIONS based on my INTUITION
😎 I can ALWAYS solve any problem and COMMUNICATE clearly
😎 I ruthlessly PROTECT my TIME and ENERGY
Because I have remained consistent:
🏁 I easily NAVIGATE my own path and am OPEN and FLEXIBLE
🏁 I feel CLEAR, HAPPY, and FREE
🏁 I feel FIT, STRONG, and CONNECTED to myself and others dear to me
I help clients visualize their major health goals and concretize them in steps to get the process started.
Including the consequences of failure or inaction, so they remain motivated to take action.
And then I help them through personal guidance to REMEMBER.
