Morning routines are the best!
How you spend your first 20-60 minutes in the morning heavily influences how the rest of your day will play out.
So here is what I recommend:
->> Do a Workout: Is the very first achievement of the day!
->> Drink a tall glass of warm lemon water
Here is my morning routine: I get up at 5:45 am. I drink a glass of warm water with one lemon and put cream on my face. I workout and meditate for 30 minutes. I breakfast and read for 20 minutes. I write down some ideas and thoughts for 5-10 minutes. I take a shower. I feel great!
