Public Holiday late breakfast – Superb tasty with mouth watering flavour. Still clean for a slim, tight and defined body. For one person mix:
- 30 g fine oats or buckwheat flour
- 15 g almond flour
- 1 tsp. psyllium

- 25 g cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Add some water to get the right texture/fluid
- Fry in some coconut oil and decorate with berries, coconut flakes, honey and roasted haselnuts
