In this world we’ve established that processed foods are designed to be easy to eat. For a food to be “easy to eat”, it has to be:
🙄 broken down easily (less chewing), and
🙄 low volume (doesn’t take up much physical space).

->>> Result: Less chewing + Low volume = More eating

Bloating occurs also after eating:
🫵🏻 too often, too quick
🫵🏻 kids leftovers
🫵🏻 dinners out, orders in
🫵🏻 too much alcohol, too less water
🫵🏻 too much fat, sugar, salt

->>> Solution: cook @ home more often and… eat
High Fiber + High Volume = More #chewing = Eating Less
