Makes approximately 1,000 ml / 4 portions. Just juice all ingredients!
Basic Mix:
4 apples
1 lemon
1 piece of ginger (2″)
2 cucumbers
Benefits: dissolves accumulation in the body
Liver cleaner:
4 apples
Medium beets
1 bunch of dandelions
1 lemon
1 piece of turmeric (2″)
Benefits: purifies the liver, anti-inflammatory.
Fat loss:
2 apples
1 bunch of celery
1 cucumber
1 bunch of spinach
½ peeled pineapple
1 peeled lime
Benefits: dissolves fat and alkalinizes
Cellulite dissolver:
3 oranges
2 grapefruit
1 lemon
1 peeled lime
1 dash of cayenne
1 piece of ginger (1″)
Benefits: flushes toxins, burns fat
Energy mix:
Water of 2 coconuts
½ peeled pineapple
1 bunch of cilantro
Benefits: cleansing, purifying, alkalinizing, refreshing, hydrating, anti-inflammatory
